Staining: Coomassie Brilliant Blue.In indirect ELISA, no reaction is seen with human IgG and IgA. In double antibody sandwich ELISA, no reaction is observed with human plasma stripped of IgM.In immunofluorescence, when tested at a dilution of 1:20-1:40 on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tonsil sections, the antibody stains IgM containing cells.
